Students who will be completing graduate school in March 2026 (including those who have completed the term of the doctorate program) will be issued with a STIG program Certification of Completion, if they have satisfied all the necessary requirements and have completed the required application processes.

Application Period – Wednesday 1 October to Friday 31 October, 2025
Important：
Even if you applied for a certificate in May 2025 or earlier, a certificate will not be issued unless you complete the
application in the above-mentioned period. If you wish to complete the program by March 2026, please make sure
you complete all the necessary procedures during this period.
Please note that even if you make an application, if you do not satisfy all the requirements to complete the program or
you fail to graduate or complete the graduate school, a certificate will not be issued.
