Students who will be completing graduate school in September 2025 (including those who have completed the term of the doctorate program) will be issued with a STIG program Certification of Completion, if they have satisfied all the necessary requirements and have completed the required application processes.
Application Procedure – Apply through UTAS (Click “Qualification connection” of the “Course” menu, and submit your application from ” Application for University-wide Education Program”.)

Application Period – Thursday 1 May to Saturday 31 May, 2025
Important：
Even if you applied for a certificate in October 2024 or earlier, a certificate will not be issued unless you complete the
application in the above-mentioned period. If you wish to complete the program by September 2025, please make sure
you complete all the necessary procedures during this period.
Please note that even if you make an application, if you do not satisfy all the requirements to complete the program or
you fail to graduate or complete the graduate school, a certificate will not be issued.
