| 解説 | The objectives of this course are threefold. First, it will focus on how science and technology changed international relations. It argues that the development of science and technology in military, health, navigation and other technologies have impacted on the relationship of interstate power relationship and the civilization. Second, it will focus on how international relationship has shaped and directed the course of science and technology development. In this segment, it will take up space and nuclear technologies of which are subject of export control. Third, it will focus on science and technology changed the structure of international trade, finance and intellectual base. It will argue how science and technology has impacted on international governance. |
